We designed the service to minimize collection: there is no account sign-up required for the standard assessment flow.

- Assessment inputs you provide (role, industry, skills, tools, responsibilities, geography, and related form fields).
- Technical data sent automatically by your browser (such as IP address, user agent, and request metadata) when you call our API.
- Session data stored locally in your browser (for example, assessment results saved in sessionStorage so the results page can load).
- Server logs on systems we operate (timestamps, endpoints, error codes) for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Run the assessment, compute scores, generate reports and narratives, and display results to you.
- Improve accuracy, security, and reliability of the service.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Assessment payloads and generated reports on our servers are retained only as long as needed for the session, debugging, or operational purposes unless a longer retention period is required by law or you opt into a future saved-account feature.
Data in your browser sessionStorage persists until you clear it or close the browser tab, depending on your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid submitting an assessment. You can clear site data in your browser to remove locally stored results.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International users
If you access the service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be processed in that jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
