How it works

Understand your career resilience in three steps

Tell us about yourself

Pick a template or describe your title, industry, skills, and what you actually do each week, share your education, experience, skills, interests, current work, internship experience, or career goals. Whether you're a student, intern, recent graduate, or experienced professional, we'll build a profile tailored to your stage.

We assess resilience and market alignment

Our deterministic, research-backed methodology compares your profile against occupational frameworks and labor-market intelligence to calculate your Career Resilience Score—without AI guesswork in the score itself.

Get your personalized roadmap

See what's exposed, what protects you, receive clear insights into your strengths, potential gaps, and emerging opportunities, along with a prioritized 7/30/60-day action plan featuring recommended skills, learning paths, career directions, and a downloadable report.

What you get

Clarity, not fear

An explainable 0–100 score

Every point traces back to a task, a weight, and a data source. Open the audit trail to see exactly how it was calculated.

Task-level AI exposure

We break your role into tasks and show which are exposed to automation and which are protected by human judgment, relationships, or context.

A prioritized action plan

Ranked moves for the next 7, 30, and 60 days — each with the skills to build, the expected score impact, and the evidence behind it.

Adjacent career paths

Resilient roles you could move into, with skill overlap, transition difficulty, and demand outlook drawn from the same graph.

Why trust the score

Not another vague AI-risk quiz

The math is deterministic

Your score comes from a versioned, research-informed formula — not an LLM guess. Run it twice with the same answers and you get the same number.

Grounded in real occupation data

Built on O*NET 25.0: 1,000+ occupations and 35,000+ technologies, mapped task-by-task to what your work actually involves.

Transparent by design

Component scores, data freshness, and methodology are all on the page and in the PDF — nothing hidden behind a black box.

Continuous deep research

A dedicated research pipeline runs in the background — tracking labor-market shifts, emerging skills, and methodology updates — so the knowledge base behind your score stays current, not frozen at launch.

Graph-backed machine learning

Core calculations and analysis run over a typed occupational graph: occupations, tasks, skills, and career transitions linked as nodes and edges. Graph ML reasons across those relationships instead of flat tables, so exposure, adjacency, and skill gaps reflect how work actually connects.

Who it's for

Made for anyone navigating the AI-era job market

Professionals feeling the AI shift

You've heard AI is coming for jobs and want a clear, honest read on where yours actually stands — and what to do next.

People planning a career move

You're weighing your options and want to know which adjacent roles are more resilient and how far the jump really is.

Managers and coaches

You guide others through change and need an explainable, defensible framework — not horoscope-style predictions.

Students and early-career builders

You're choosing a major, internship, or first role and want a clear read on which skills and paths will stay valuable as AI reshapes entry-level work — before you commit.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

How long does it take?

Intake: ~3 mins. Select a role template and it goes even faster.

Results: not immediate. Our product is not a prompt-based wrapper around a general-purpose model. It is a purpose-built scoring system. After submission, your request enters a multi-stage research pipeline — profile analysis, context graph and career graph construction, market intelligence integration, graph-backed machine learning inference, deterministic scoring, output validation, and quality review. Each stage is sequential and purposeful. Nothing is estimated; everything is derived. Your email and private link are how we reach you when the work is done.

Why isn't my report ready right away?

Tomorrow You is not a simple prompt wrapper on a general-purpose chat model. Each assessment is processed as structured research against occupational graphs, labor-market signals, and a versioned scoring methodology — the same rigor described in our pipeline on this page.

Your inputs are matched to O*NET occupations, enriched with market intelligence, scored deterministically, checked by automated validations, and reviewed before we publish your results. That produces an explainable score and actionable plan you can trust — work that cannot finish in seconds. Processing time depends on queue load; your private link shows status until your report is ready.

Where does the score come from?

Your Career Resiliency Score is computed, not generated. A versioned, deterministic engine applies a published methodology — the same inputs always produce the same number. Large language models run after scoring to write your narrative and recommendations; they never set the score.

We start by mapping your role and responsibilities to occupational research (O*NET) inside a career graph spanning skills, tasks, tools, certifications, and realistic transition paths. Each task is evaluated on multiple exposure and resilience dimensions grounded in labor-market research — not guesswork or a chatbot's opinion.

Those signals roll into a multi-component model covering automation exposure, human leverage, skill currency, industry demand, adaptability, and how you work day to day. Public labor-market datasets and sector intelligence inform the demand side. The result is a 0–100 score with a component breakdown, confidence indicators, and cited sources in your report.

See how we score for the pipeline overview, or inspect the methodology panel on your results page after delivery.

Do I need to upload my résumé?

Résumé upload is available on the assessment page, but we don't recommend it as your default path. The reason is that a résumé is built to win attention in a hiring funnel: concise headlines, polished summaries, and outcomes that read well on paper. Our scoring engine needs something different — task-level, time-weighted evidence of what you actually do, matched to occupational research data. Those are related goals, but they are not the same dataset.

Document parsing introduces noise we would rather avoid: layout quirks, keyword padding, inconsistent section labels, and titles that do not map cleanly to a research-grade occupation profile. Even a strong CV rarely states how much of your week goes to each kind of work, which tools you use in practice, how often you learn, or how your role interacts with AI — yet those signals directly feed components like Automation Shield, Skill Currency, Tool Adoption Readiness, and Learning Velocity.

Instead, we guide you through a four-step structured intake designed from years of occupational and labor-market research (O*NET, ESCO, and peer-reviewed exposure literature). Each step maps to specific scoring dimensions: role and sector context; skills and AI toolkit; learning habits, collaboration, and geography; then responsibilities aligned to O*NET task profiles. That curation is intentional — we ask only for fields the formula can use, so your CRS reflects measured exposure and resilience, not inferred guesses from prose.

The result is a more accurate, more defensible score focused on what you came for: where your work is exposed, what protects you, and what to do next. You can complete the structured form without uploading a résumé, and there is no account to create.

What if my exact role isn't listed?

Type your title and we map it to the closest O*NET occupation. If we can't match it confidently, we ask you to pick from close suggestions rather than guessing.

Is this a prediction that I'll lose my job?

No. It's a resilience assessment, not a verdict. It shows what's exposed, what protects you, and concrete steps to strengthen your position.
