Plain-language summary
Tomorrow You provides a research-informed Career Resiliency Score and related materials for general informational and educational purposes only.
It is not career counseling, employment advice, recruiting, or a guarantee of any job, salary, promotion, or outcome. Scores and narratives are generated from your inputs, public occupational datasets, and our research-backed scoring process on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You are solely responsible for your career and employment decisions. By using this site you agree to our Terms of Use (including warranty disclaimers and liability limits) and this Legal Notice.
This summary is for readability. The Terms of Use and sections below control legally.
Informational guide only
The Career Resiliency Score, task exposure views, skill-gap suggestions, career-path illustrations, PDF exports, and any AI-generated narrative are an informational guide — not career coaching, not a job guarantee, and not a substitute for your own judgment.
We present results based on what you tell us, occupational datasets, versioned scoring weights, and graph-backed analysis. Outputs are estimates and frameworks for reflection, not instructions you must follow.
Research-based, best-effort methodology
We invest in data ingestion, occupational graphs, literature-informed weights, and ongoing research to keep the knowledge base current. We describe methodology and provenance on results where available.
Despite that effort, labor markets, technology, and individual circumstances change rapidly. Models, datasets, and weights have limitations. We may update methodology without recalculating past sessions.
No liability for career outcomes
We are not responsible for hiring decisions, rejections, compensation changes, role changes, stress, reliance damages, or any outcome after you use the Service.
You assume all risk for acting or not acting on scores, narratives, or suggestions. Verify important facts independently.
AI-generated narrative
Where the Service uses a large language model, narrative text is generated from structured score and graph context. The numeric score is computed separately by a deterministic engine; the LLM does not set your score.
Narrative content may contain errors, omissions, or generic phrasing. Do not treat it as fact without independent verification.
Data sources & attributions
Tomorrow You is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, the O*NET Program, the European Commission, or any third-party data provider listed below. We gratefully acknowledge public and licensed sources that inform scores, graphs, and skill metadata.
Dataset versions shown in your results methodology panel may differ from the versions listed here when we ship updates; the panel reflects what was used for your assessment.
- O*NET® 25.0 (U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration): occupations, task statements, task ratings, abilities, skills, technology skills, and related text files used to build occupation profiles and automation-exposure signals. O*NET® is a trademark of USDOL/ETA. See https://www.onetcenter.org/
- ESCO (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations): skill identifiers and crosswalks (e.g. O*NET–ESCO mappings) for skill-gap and learning-path metadata. See https://esco.ec.europa.eu/
- Lightcast Open Skills (analyst overlay): optional market-demand overlays on skills where ingested; see https://skills.emsidata.com/open-skills
- Research weight pack (literature-informed priors): automation and exposure keyword priors applied to O*NET task text (e.g. Frey & Osborne, GPT exposure literature, OECD, WEF summaries) via pipelines/ingestion/research/research_weights.yaml — research inputs, not live feeds unless noted in methodology
- Derived graph assets: normalized role aliases, industry and geography reference lists, SOC–NAICS crosswalks, occupation–skill edges, and nanograph seed data produced by our ingestion pipeline from the sources above
